The One Seoul Ophthalmology Clinic (hereinafter 'the Company') values the personal information of its customers and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. Through this Privacy Policy, the Company informs you how the personal information you provide is collected, used, and protected. Procedure and Method of Personal Information Destruction In principle, once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved, the Company destroys the relevant personal information without delay as follows: Destruction Procedure: Information entered for membership registration, etc., is transferred to a separate database (or, in the case of paper records, to a separate filing cabinet) and stored for a legally required period before destruction in accordance with internal policies and related laws. Personal information transferred to this separate database is not used for any purpose other than retention, except as required by law. Destruction Method: Electronic files: Deleted using technical methods that render record reproduction impossible. Paper records: Shredded or incinerated. 6. Rights of Users and Their Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them Users may at any time view, correct, or request deletion of their personal information, or withdraw their consent (membership withdrawal). To view or correct personal information, click 'Modify Personal Information' (or 'Edit Member Information'), complete identity verification, and make the changes directly. To withdraw membership (revoke consent), click 'Unsubscribe,' complete identity verification, and proceed. Alternatively, contact the Personal Information Management Officer in writing, by phone, or by e-mail, and the Company will take action without delay. If you request correction of erroneous personal information, we will not use or provide it until the correction is complete, and if it has been provided to any third party, we will promptly notify that party of the correction. 7. Provision of Personal Information In principle, the Company does not provide personal information to external parties. Exceptions are made only when: Users have given prior consent; Required by law; or Requested by investigative authorities in accordance with legal procedures. 10. Consignment of Collected Personal Information Users and their legal representatives may at any time inquire about or modify their own—or a child under 14's—personal information and may request deletion. To do so, use 'Modify Personal Information' or contact the Personal Information Management Officer in writing, by phone, or by e-mail. Requests for correction will suspend use or provision until completion, and if erroneous data was provided to third parties, those parties will be notified without delay. Deleted information is handled in accordance with the retention periods specified above and cannot be accessed or used for other purposes. 11. Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices The Company does not operate automatic devices that collect personal information generated during Internet service use. 12.
